About the Founders

We met more than 20 years ago in our small town in Southern California — one from Mexico and the other from Arizona. Our friendship grew at the ballet studio while our three-year-old girls took their classes. In our many conversations, we discovered a mutual love for furniture and joked about doing something together when our kids were grown. Back then, it seemed so distant.

Time passed, the kids grew, and it was time to revisit those conversations. Slowly, the idea developed and took shape. We each have strong, complementary skills. Little by little, GS Furniture Company, LLC was formed.

Sustainability and one of a kind pieces are always on our minds for the functional art that we create. We are both very happy with the results and love this new chapter.
